Baby Corn & Sweet Corn Stir Fry

Ingredients
· 1 can (450g) Healthy & Fresh Baby Corn, drained and sliced
· 1 can (450g) Healthy & Fresh Sweet Corn Kernels, drained
· 1 bell pepper (any color), thinly sliced
· 1 small onion, thinly sliced
· 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
· 1 tbsp soy sauce
· 1 tbsp chili-garlic sauce
· 1 tsp vinegar
· 2 tbsp spring onion greens, chopped
· 1 tbsp cooking oil
· Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Heat oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.
2. Add the sliced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly tender but still crisp.
4. Add the drained Healthy & Fresh Baby Corn and Sweet Corn Kernels. Toss everything together and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
5. Lower the heat and add the soy sauce, chili-garlic sauce, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until everything is well combined.
6. Garnish with spring onion greens and serve immediately as a standalone snack or a side dish with noodles or rice.
