Soya Chaap Tikka Wrap

Ingredients

· 1 pack (450g) Healthy & Fresh Soya Chaap (in Brine or Tandoori), drained
· 2 large whole wheat tortillas or rotis
· 1/2 cup yogurt
· 1 tbsp tandoori masala
· 1/2 cup thinly sliced onions
· 1/2 cup thinly sliced bell peppers
· 2 tbsp mint chutney
· 1 tbsp cooking oil
· Salt to taste
· Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

1. In a bowl, marinate the drained Healthy & Fresh Soya Chaap with yogurt, tandoori masala, and salt. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes.

2. Heat oil in a pan. Add the marinated Soya Chaap and pan-fry until nicely charred and cooked through. Set aside.

3. Warm the tortillas on a skillet for 30 seconds on each side.

4. To assemble the wrap, spread a tablespoon of mint chutney on each tortilla.

5. Place a portion of the cooked Tandoori Soya Chaap in the center. Top with sliced onions and bell peppers.

6. Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go. Your Tandoori Soya Roll is ready to be served hot with a lemon wedge.
