Green Peas & Paneer Salad

Ingredients
· 1 can (450g) Healthy & Fresh Green Peas, drained
· 1 cup paneer cubes
· 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
· 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
· 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
· 1 tbsp lemon juice
· 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
· 1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly cracked
· Salt to taste
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained Healthy & Fresh Green Peas, paneer cubes, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, black pepper, and salt to create the dressing.
3. Pour the dressing over the pea and paneer mixture.
4. Gently toss the salad until all the ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
5. Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve immediately as a light and powerful Protein Salad Recipe for a healthy meal.
